Could the water be flushing out potassium? Would eating a banana help?

Emergen-C has an Electrolyte replacement drink mix that you add to 1 liter of water. Perhaps that will help as well.

Probably a potassium problem. I ate beets yesterday and nuts. Less water and I feel much better. I take a potassium supplement but I don't think it's enough. I'm going Saturday to look for electrolyte supplements.

I am doing a similar challenge, but liquids are the goal, including tea, coffee, and water.

you may be drinking too many fluids. You generally want your urine to be a pale yellow, lemonade color. Completely clear could lead to possibly flushing out your system too much and along with that can go vitamins and minerals. Unless you’re running a lot or sweating like crazy from physical exercise every day.

you probably need potassium

I haven't been able to get up to 64 oz of water, although with the diet soda, cups of hot tea and almond milk I often drink I am usually over 64 oz in total liquids. I've been aiming for 4 to 5 glasses of water that are 12 oz each. Not sure about potassium, it's never been an issue with me, but I remember my mother used to have to take supplements because one of her medications was depleting her potassium.

I glanced through your food journal & noticed you're eating a lot of processed food. Why not try getting more whole foods into the mix? They are far more nutrient dense & would probably sort out any deficiencies you have without much effort.
