I've been making a much more conscious effort to exercise. It's helped that the pool here opened the other week, and it's been beautiful enough to be outside. I also cleaned out my food cupboard, and re-organized it so it's easier to see the things I can make a healthy meal with, as opposed to the candy and chips Chris stores here.
I've made a shake for breakfast the last few days that consists of Herbalife meal-protein and hunger control, Nutri-Dyn's Dynamic Greens, and coconut milk. Sometimes I'll use Nutri-Dyn's Health Drink, which has the Dynamic Greens, Whey Protein, and Fiber-Dyn. They have kept me somewhat satisfied until lunch time. One day last week I had only the shakes for my meals. My colon was so confused the next day (TMI, yes I realize this).
I might not be losing much weight, but I can tell I am toning up the unused muscles I forgot I had. This is made obvious by how much easier it is to swim laps and run for 15-20 minutes than it was a few weeks ago.
Let this be the summer of getting healthy and keeping it that way once its past shorts and swimsuit season.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
