Had a weekend road trip and managed to counter act all my exercise and hard work last week. Lost no weight, what a buzz kill! But I knew that last night, because at that point I had gained a pound. Thank god for Biggest Loser on the Wii saving me from the embarrassment of gaining a lb on my diet!
