I did the same with cauliflower last night. I had to drain off the liquid, but it worked with the black beans and spicy shrimp.

Draglist. I got my system going better by upping my magneseum. Start slow. It can take you the other way. I miss the amount of veggies I used to eat. I love Brussels sprouts nut they are high. I'll watch to see how you do. Keep on keepin on 👍😁

I just started back taking Digestive Enzymes. With all the veggies and water I am drinking I am still very sluggish ... this ought to help ... and Smooth Move tea. The magnesium is a good idea.

LOL I’m sorry, this made me giggle, cuz it seems like such a ‘guy’ thing on the surface! 😝and then I started laughing at my own stereotypes! LOL My daughter would be the one using this while my son was sautéing a sauce for them! LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️
