Good news: Still hanging in here hovering around 125. I pretty much eat the same, I just allow a glass of wine here and there or a few more carbs in my day. Husband did another workout since my last post.
Bad news: I managed to pull my right trapezius a couple of days ago. I guess I did it trying to improve my pull-up? I stretched beforehand but man it sure is angry. Trying to still get in some arms but avoid further injury.

Presentation went pretty well, considering I was short on preparation time. Everyone wanted a copy of it afterwards, so I suppose that’s a good sign. That or I wasn’t clear enough for everyone to understand it, heh. I had one person continually interrupting me and I had to keep telling him that I would be getting to/covering that subject later on in the presentation. That is life though, not always rainbows and butterflies.

Work party is on for Saturday. I am looking forward to getting in a “fun” workout of digging out a sewer cleanout. Yes, I’m an odd one! Hopefully my pulled muscle won’t hinder that. Bonus is friends are making corned beef and cabbage afterwards = low carb.

I hope all my FS friends are having a wonderful week!
