My success has been from a very close following of calories and exercise. My calorie drop for the week shows I have dropped enough calories to lose just a hair under four pounds. And I lost, based on scale, 3 lbs or a little more. So I must be efficiently burning fat.

I started working with weights again, and its good.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
