Weighed myself before my shower this morning at 8am, with great trepidation.
Yay!!! Was relieved to see I had dropped just over a 1kg since I last weighed myself.
I reweighed myself several times to ensure the reading was accurate. It really cheered me up and made a great start to the day :-)

245.2 lb
Lost so far: 6.2 lb.
Still to go: 53.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
