You guys!! First time having chia pudding and it's so very good!! Been so long since I've had fruit, that made my morning lol

It isn't slimy! Has a bubbly texture, they compare to tapioca pudding. I've never had that lol but I loved it. If you don't like bubbly/seedy texture, they say you can blend it smooth! Recipe I did said 2 tbsp chia seeds to 1 cup plant based milk. I used my unsweetened coconut almond milk. Mix well, cover and put in fridge over night. Stir again following day. I added a short squirt of liquid stevia and about 1/4 cup of blackberries. That is 1 serving. I need to make bulk, they say it is good for a week in fridge. Mmm
