I thoroughly enjoyed my Superfood cereal for breakfast. I didn't eat at a chosen time. I had my veggie juice and ormus when I felt like it. After a couple of cups of coffee, I took my Superfood tablets. Mid morning I finally ate my cereal.

I walked just before noon and now I'm eating my homemade Bean and Barley soup. I experimented by adding a tablespoon of agave. Yep! That was the missing ingredient. Even Trader Joe's organic processed foods are designed to addict you with sugar. I need to replace the agave with xylitol to keep the calorie count down.

I just felt like a nice bowl of potatoes mashed in butter for supper. No guilt since that was 12 grams of protein. :)
