Hoping the weight starts to come off...I have not been religious on my diet lately. Been difficult with having events to go to and no good options for ood around me.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1490 kcal Fat: 48.10g | Prot: 98.43g | Carb: 158.53g.   Breakfast: Macaroons Cookies. Lunch: chicken wing skin eaten, chicken breast skin eaten, summer squash. Dinner: kombucha, brown rice spaghetti, ragu robusto, groung turkey. Snacks/Other: Silk Pure Coconut Coconut Milk - Vanilla, Sweet Tree Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, Coffee. more...
