I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago. Lost 7.2 first week. Around 1 lbs. second week and 1.6 last week. I need to start exercising more and hope to do that this week.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
