Ugh, I am not hungry but I keep reaching for food. Why do I do that? I have had a very upsetting morning and today I am having a hard time not eating everything in sight. I have tried walking around the office, taking a walk outside because usually that helps get me out of this mood. I caught myself thinking while I was walking I could walk to the quick shop down the street and get chips....

I do the same thing, stress eating. I can eat all day and never feel full. Other than resolving the stress I haven't found a way to make it go away.

My sister told me this morning that she is filing for Divorce this morning :( My sister and I are so close and I love her so much and I hate to see her upset like this. Her soon to be ex husband is a no good piece of crap and I am glad she is finally deciding to move on, BUT my heart breaks for her.

Change is hard, even when it's other people's change. I know what you mean about the eating - I can't have lost any weight last week because I had 3 days of eating like 1800 calories a day. I just couldn't stop eating! So I know where you are coming from , Big Time.

It's a tough battle and most likely will continue to be an ongoing on for most of us...I know it is for me. I have even caught myself thinking...omg, am so stuffed, but I wont be in a half hour and can have more. That is just craziness on my part.
