I have diabetes- so I am cutting out carbs with my husband-- also a diabetic. We are whooping it. The weight is coming off.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.4 lb a week
