Day 142- I am doing it again, I am snacking too much. I have gotten all the junk out of the house and know have nice clean healthy options in the house and all i do all day if I am not active is go get one more of this and one more of that. Most times it is fruit of some sort. But, I am not really recording it, plus I don't really trust some of the values here on FS for fruits. I have to stay focused and stop snacking, I am not hungry, just urges. DRINK MORE WATER!

Definitely water helps. I have the snacking problem too and often, when you give in to snacking, it makes you just want more. I find that when I'm going to snack, it helps if I build it into my plan for the day.

Tis the season for snacking at least for me. Its hard to eat full meals with the heat and humidity. I end up munching a little this and a little that instead. One thing I do snack on is strips of chicken and I hard boil eggs so I know I am still getting my protien as well. To be honest Im not sure how to stop. I just try to make good choices.

I am a big snacker so plan for them. Some believe that a constant flow of calories will keep your metabolism reved up.
