I've been doing whatever lately and it is not working. Surprisingly I haven't gained a lot but I've been feeling bloated and rather gross lately. My failure on the mini-challenges remind me there are several areas to work on. My goal for this week is to pass '4. Log the smallest bite.'
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
