I am so frustrated I stepped on the scale this morning and there was an increase. I have recorded everything that I have eaten and there should NOT have been an increase. So I am hoping that it is 1- maybe I did not drink quite enough water to flush the sodium out. Although I know what the RDA is on sodium half that amount will show a weight gain on me if I do not drink lots of water. I thought I did, but maybe not. And 2- I am about a week away from my monthly so that could also be playing a part. So I will not freak out I will just be extra diligent. Hence the 20 minutes on the elliptical machine at 4:40am this morning before I start work at 5am. I will get some walking in throughout the day.

Oh and I pinned (on pinterest) some Denise Austin work outs and want to start doing some of those. I used to do those WAY back in the day.

Here is to a positive day for everyone.

If you know your on plan, than you know that increase has to do with water weight. Not much you can do about it and it sucks. So just keep with it and it will go away. Your doing great.

You've been dropping weight consistently since May 31, so it's only natural that your body will stop and adjust from time to time. Daily weight loss is not typical, but you already know that, even if sometimes it's hard to ACCEPT that! Sounds like you already have an action plan, so you're good to go. Just be sure you don't severely cut back on your plan/nutrition to somehow "make" your body lose the weight you thought it should have lost today....your body will just hang onto it all the more! Good luck.
