bad sleeping recently
280.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.0 lb a week

Hi, I'm new to this group and Fatsecret too. I read your comment and was curious why you aren't sleeping well. I am not either. I've lost 4 lbs because I just started diet but I haven't done too much different. I take medications but I thought I was use to them by now but I would just love a good nights sleep. I will be 60 in a few days and really need my sleep. I had to stay home from work for 3 hours this morning so I could go back to sleep. Not good. Hope you get some zzzs.
