I gained 4 pounds this week my weight supposed to 72.5 and way but I should again I gained 4 pounds this week eight horrible didn’t work out great can’t be shot one out of eight pieces of fried chicken very disappointed don’t wanna give up so that really hit it this week get back under 270
272.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
