Bike or walk today? It is quite humid today and cannot decide which is best choice - will require lots and lots of water whatever we choose! And, today is my "Spike" day for a few extra carbs and calories.

ADDENDUM: We biked and it was really humid and windy - but I extended my time by 10 minutes! Stopped a couple extra times to drink drink drink my water! Really needed it today!

Bike :) plus too if you have a holder for bottle you don't have to carry it :)

Yeah - we have the bottle holders on the bikes AND a bottle carrier strap if we need extra!

Good choice with the biking. It is humid and windy here too. Working out indoors today. My son got me an odomiter for my bike. I love it! Tells me how fast I'm going, how far, how long. I no longer have to go out in the car after a ride and see how far I peddled. Love your committment! Keep up the great work!! I know you will.
