One month & I've gained so much weight back! Disappointed that I've slacked on it :(
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Don't look back from this point on. Accept where you are NOW with a smile and decide do I want to keep gaining or do I want to maintain or do I want to lose more. We ALL do it daily...you are not alone. The beauty is we can't control alot of things, but what we eat is totally our control and choice. :) Here's to healthy choices!...The rewards are great! :)
