Disappointed that I didn't lose ANYTHING this week. I guess it's understandable because I ate a lot of stuff I probably shouldn't have. But today is a new day and start of a week (Spring Break @ home for me) and I will do my absolute best to exercise everyday and eat right.
(Also learned that a regular Cinnabon cinnamon roll is 730 calories! And the mini is 300! I could probably just make healthier ones at home and save a lot of calories!)
