So mother nature is visiting soon, which explains my water retention/bloat and my constant sweet tooth. I still have been pretty good with my workouts. Mostly doing strength this week, next week I'm still going to cont with strength but focus more on cardio to break the plateau that my girl nika and i are trying to over come!

I haven't gained so that's a good thing. Been real active with work as well so that's another plus! One thing I did learn I need to do is EAT MORE YOGURT!!! It said in my magazine that eating 18oz of yogurt a day can help you drop a jean size. YAY!

Really? Yogurt? Why is that? Becos of the live cultures. EXPLAIN! And boo dreaded plateau!

Or is becos yogurt is filling & if u get the light & fit kind its only 80cals a serving so it replaces a meal? I need to google! Thanks for the heads up tho, I've always eaten yogurt ne way!
