I have had an aha moment! I have always said I eat out of boredom. And this is partly true. More specifically, I have trained myself to mindlessly snack when I am in front of a TV.
Three nights this week, I went to a different room while the rest of my family watched TV. I found myself being super productive and I did not feel like grabbing a snack at all.
So my “boredom” trigger is actually the TV. This is a good thing to know.
