Back on track 2morrow. I won't make the weight loss goal by Easter so.. My new goal is to try to workout 4xs a week if my Bruce Titus doesn't act up. I will walk 2 miles on nice days and dvds on rainy days. Eat more veggies and fruits. my weight loss goal is to lose 20 pounds by July 4th. small enough and long enough that I think I may be able to make it. 🌼💝🐧🍀
