I find that Intermittent fasting gives more time at the start of the day. Since I break my fast around 1-2pm I use the extra time in the morning to exercise or do other thing. Still no cravings between meals.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
