Still going strong. Met with Trainer Mark yesterday. It’s definitely going to be hard but worth it!!! Wednesday’s are going to kick my ass!!!!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
