Never thought giving up sugar would be so hard. Had 2 days where my body ached and felt terrible. Lasted a week and started "sneaking" in sugar for a few days. Now only have a little sugar each day and that seems to keep the cravings away :) Happy to say I can turn away from chocolate etc. Planning meals ahead so that they are healthy. Have lost 2 kilos so that is encouraging.
