today is my 1 month on Atkins i have been on the induction staying right around 20 net carbs (since i have so much to loose). I really didn't think that there was too much change in my body but when i put my jeans on this morning i noticed that they were baggy so i weighed in and had lost another pound taking my total to 13- (i did not record the loss since its my 50th birthday weekend lol) i am able to stay strong this time the journaling my food and excerise and receipes help so much - my family is so very supportive of my lifestyle changes. Life is good today i am happy and so grateful!
