Some pretty bad things been happening lately, been leading to stress eating.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2103 kcal Fat: 76.96g | Prot: 50.51g | Carb: 284.29g.   Breakfast: Cafe Con Leche (with Sugar), Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch: Doritos Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Maruchan Yakisoba - Four Cheese Flavor. Dinner: Miller Brewing Company High Life Beer. Snacks/Other: Rovira Export Soda Crackers Lite, Reese's Miniature Peanut Butter Cups (5), Havanna Alfajor, Jelly Belly Jelly Beans. more...

I find stress is a determinate to know if you're in it to win it. Keep your eye on the prize. Reverting back to old eating habits seem to indicate that you haven't made new ones, or ingrained them in really well yet. Please don't fix a bad situation by worsening it. I said a prayer for your situation.
