Day I woke up super dehydrated~~ v_v ~ This means I'm totally not drinking enough water~ Also, tonight I'm excited to YOGA~ that is HOT YOGA~~ I've gone twice before, but now I'm super excited~ to go
186.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
