Whoopee !!!! Down 2lbs, not eating after 6pm in the evening does it every time for me, plus trying to eat more veggies.

Still don't know if I'm recording my exercise correctly when I do the "interval fast" walking for 20-25 minutes. I'm walking faster at 60 second intervals with 60sec/75sec breaks to moderate walking. Don't want to fudge, but my walking routine seems more intense now even though I'm not walking at long.

Determined to keep this up and get back to where I was last fall.
