I binge ate two whole wheat pita pizzas that I made last night. I was not hungry, I was bored so I ate. Next time this happens I want to drink a glass of water, do 50 sit-ups and re-evaluate how I feel. Or if I'm at work I'll walk up and down the stairs, drink some water and re-evaluate.
Today is cheat day, I'll eat Oishii, but I might try and go on a walk ass well.
