Down quite a bit this morning. I seem to have lost all the weight I've put on, so I presume that it was all fluid gain. I suspect I'm going to see a lot of oscillation like this.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 177.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
