Haven't been under 140 in a while. . .nice to finally see the number . . .4 from my goal . . .we shall see what tomorrow brings. . . .slowly but surely I will get there. . . . .was able to resist the ice cream cravings last night . . . boy they last for hours . . .but happy with the scale movement this morning. . . . .
