It was such a hot day here. 96. I'm going to do a 70 minute workout tonight so I can burn off more calories. Ate some not so good things today. So hopefully that will help drop some of it off. I'm going to do some yoga tonight to. Hope everyone has a nice night! God Bless :D

96! Oh my. And I thought it was hot in Arizona, but it's about 70 today and just gorgeous. Gosh, I really need to get out of my office. Have a great weekend if I don't "see" you!

Yipes! 96 is hot for April (especially if you grew up in the mountains of PA or on the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, which is where I spent my childhood...) Don't worry about one day not doing well: the extra work out will help, but one slip here or there isn't the end of the world. :)

wow ... you go girl with your workout! remember it is our overall totals ... so a bad day here and there just reminds our body it's not starving :) it's only the 'bad days everyday' that we need to avoid like the plague ... i personally have 2 days a month that are 'guilt free dinner days' and i don't count the calories those 2 nites ... not even dessert! rock on!
