I know that I'm writing several times a day, but I feel like this will really keep me on track. It is such a pleasure just to write in my journal and receive inspiration/tips from everybody. Well, I had a delicious workout tonight :) It was pretty fun. I danced to great music for a half hour/jumping jacks were thrown in the mix. Loved it. I still have these hunger pangs, but I am just going to deal with it. The only thing that I am allowing myself for the rest of the night is water, water, water. The kitchen is CLOSED DOWN :) I am truly wondering if I am just dehydrated and need to drink water. Sometimes dehydration can be mistaken for hunger. I am hangin' tough, though. I am very dedicated and strong. Have a wonderful night, everybody! :D
