There's nothing worse than gaining weight the last week of a Biggest Loser contest. Pretty sure I ate too much sauerkraut yesterday because something is just sitting in my gut. No more sauerkraut this week and a whole lot more water.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
