3rd week with no change! I really need to get out of this funk and find my motivation again! I need to watch what Im putting in my mouth and get back to tracking everything I eat! I know I'm doing something partially right because I'm not gaining but I need to get over this plateau!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
