I wasted a couple of months with fruit and milk. I miss it but I just don't loose weight when I eat them. This week I have an easy Keto Plan.

Lunch: 1 deviled egg & 2 oz Kerrygold cheese
Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs with fresh grated Parmesan and 1 tbl Kerrygold butter
Snack: 1 cup sugar free cherry Jell-O

Easy peasy! 😊

You cannot eat that way the rest of your life. I suggest that you work at developing a realistic food plan and activity regime that will support your efforts for the rest of your life. Life style change not diet, which BTW, is a 4 letter word. Good luck to you— you can do this

Kenna, everyone is different as for a Way of Eating and what wiorks for them. Those of you who aren’t YPMO’s buddy’s on here? Do you know her background? Her diet choice? Her plan? Did you read that this was her choice for THIS week? Did you notice that people who have been around on maintenance and her buddies for YEARS said nothing? (Hi, HCB! Doobrie! LOL) This is a mild lesson, look BEFORE you lecture. LOL Take care, YPMO and welcome back, again!

Yes duerlinger Vegetables are where most if not all of the carbs that people on keto eat come from. LOL We count net carbs, subtracting fibre from the carb total as it doesn’t really go to fuel the body. 🙋🏻

Yep I agree its funny how the ghost writers here always have something to say negative to you but then you look at their profile and there is nothing but a pic and anyone can download a pic on here it may not even be that person...do what works for you......

@maxie4 many people keep their journals private for various reasons. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m one. I deal with a great deal of whinging and whining about my health and right now I’m scale watching and recording stuff every day and I post food pictures and some people hate being inundated by all that. So I choose not to listen to them whine about me posting pictures of my food and if they don’t like hearing my thoughts about how my therapy for my early childhood traumas are affecting my weight loss journey then they can drop the follow. 💁🏻‍♀️Simple choice. 🙇🏻‍♀️But when I first started I made mistakes by pushing food opinions unasked in others too, and I still do I’m sure. 🤦🏻‍♀️None of us is perfect, or can be diplomatic and tactful all the time. (Especially not me!) I just happen to have come from some of the same places as YPMO so I know WHY she eats as little as she does and what she is saying and why she is on Keto. It’s worked VERY well for her so far! 😆🙋🏻‍♀️

It is getting harder and harder to find sugarfree jello. Use 1 packet of sugarfree koolaid and one packet of unflavored gelatin. Mix the gelatin 1 one cup hot water and stir until dissolved. Then add koolaid and one cup cold water. stir to mix. Put in frig until solid. And the important thing to remember is that you only need to answer to yourself. Have a great week.

do you count calories? that seems to be working for me.i eat all kinds of food.but keep them all around 400 cal. per meal.and a300cal.snack in the eve.you can check my weight chart.consistency and being honest with ur self is key!i know freinds who have gotten sick and worse from keto diets.i have consulted a nutritionist and she agrees.

Hello, everyone. Sorry I've been MIA. Yes, I eat veggies; last week I cooked chicken in the crockpot and had a nice big salad on the side. I also make chill with ground beef and lots of veggies. And I keep Mt Olive Simply Pickles in the fridge for snacks. They use sea salt and they skip all the garbage. This is just my plan for this week; I couldn't eat this everyday for months on end. Although, I love cheese and eggs and can eat them a lot! I'm the kind of person who cooks a big meal, like chilli, over the weekend and I have no problem eating it all week long for dinner. As for getting hungry, nope! I stopped eating at 7PM last night, I drank water all day, I got hungry at 12:30PM and ate my hard boiled egg with some mustard, pink salt, & paprika. I just ate dinner, 2 eggs and Parmesan cooked in Kerrygold butter and I'm full. In an hour I'll eat my jell-O and I'll be good until lunch tomorrow. Fat makes you full, carbs make you hungry! Keto 101! It's worked for 100 pounds; it'll work for the last 40! Then I get my fruit back!!!!!! HAPPY MONDAY FS!!!!!! :-)
