Loosing weight right now seems so hard. I have cut back on my food, I'm eating more veggies than I was before. What gives?? Why is the scale staying the same?????????

WHAT SHOULD I DO DIFFERENT TO MAKE THE POUNDS SHED?

The scale will move again, it just takes patience. Notice how your clothes are fitting. If you don't exercise, you might want to start. Just moving more can make a difference. Park further away when you go grocery shopping, take the stairs more, etc. If you do exercise, up your intensity or duration. Weight loss is cumulative, all the things we do adds up and you eventually see it on the scale or with fat loss (going down in sizes). Up your protein, watch the sodium. Patience and persistence will get you to goal.

Jamie, this is normal. Like we talked about before the first 5lbs you lose quickly and then it slows down. You exercise already so your doing great. Your eating correctly! So don't cut back even more because all that will do is make your body hold on to your fat and burn muscle first. Just be patient and remember staying the same is better than gaining it back! Keep up your good work!
