Trying to figure out what I did differently yesterday to lose 2 lbs..Have been doing the yo-yo for about a week...Will have to go back and look at food log..Having a hard time getting food in...Book says to eat till you're satisfied...well satisfied to me is 3 meals a day and less than 1000 calories...not having cravings, not hungry....guess it will all work out sooner or later...

Weight loss is cumulative. It's not necessarily what you did yesterday that made you lose weight, but what you have done all week or more to lose weight. Our water weight fluctuates constantly from our water weight (which if your on Atkins can really fluctuate). Consistency is key. So just keep at it.
