Boys and girls, I might never not blend my coffee again....I'm in love with the foam!! If I close my eyes, I can imagine I'm sitting at a fancy cafe in Paris. Lol
If you've never tried bulletproof style coffee, make sure you blend. (or it'll be oily)

I love my bullet proof coffee! Only way to do it is to blend and froth it up. I feel like you, like I'm having some decadent cafe treat!

I love that, Maxie and Jennifer! Cheers! 😄 John, I did 2 cups of coffee, 3 Tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp each of cocoa powder, chia seeds and coconut oil. Then a little bit of Torani sf vanilla and stevia to taste. :)

I'm tempted to try it, but butter is just SO MANY cals. I don't do a high fat diet; at least not at this time (I alternate with low carb and then low fat, over weeks or months, as needed) I drink coffee black. Any recommendation on how this is done? Is it only butter? How much? Does it taste good? I'd sure appreciate someone/anyone answering my questions. Thanks in advance.

Well Jipper there is a oil you can by its called MCT oil and I think you use just a tsp not sure the calories on it.... it has great benefits to it...it is also known to be put in coffee for a bullet proof coffee and I get tons of energy from it too...do some research on it...maybe that can help you;)

Kipper, I make my bullet proof coffee with 1/2 tbs butter, 1 tbs MCT oil, 1 1/2 tsp cacao powder, and a dash of Himalayan salt. Stevia to taste. Blend it all up really well and enjoy. The whole thing is about 200 calories. Butter is 50 calories and MCT oil 130 calories. The rest comes from the cacao and coffee.

Thank you gardenia! Its my favorite 😊 (pioneer woman line) Jipper, good questions :) I feel that all "bulletproof" recipes are keto based so they'll be using high fat. I don't know what your caloric limit is for coffee but perhaps using almond/coconut milk, I wouldn't skip coconut oil/MCT oil, the brain boost is incredible lol sugar free flavors.. I've heard stevia is sold with flavoring for coffee now too, I need to find! I think it's delicious and this is coming from a girl who loved her coffemate before so...😄
