thought i might start writing things down again on this thing . going to be trying to ditch the last 40 or so pounds in the next 5 months . weather was beautiful today and have completed my first run in the real world and not on a treadmill did 4 miles not a bad start i think . hope to get that up to 7 in a few weeks . also trying to stick to my diet more i keep sabotaging myself every time . lowest was 238 but i binged up to 250 pounds FML
