the best way I've found to lose weight right now is a constant supply of anxiety and at least 3-4 days of work a week. oh, no friends either. So less sources of comfort and shamelessness.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
