I actually weighed myself last Friday, Feb. 23, at 372. Thought I had plateaued. I ran out of diet supplements, and after I stopped taking them, I don't feel ill, and amazingly, I lost 6 pounds in a week!! So, I will continue to count calories, and see where that gets me.

BTW, my doctor is doing the same thing, just counting calories, he's lost 30 pounds.
366.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
