I have been trying to eat a variety of fresh foods fruits and vegetables with surprisingly good results to my surprise! Since November 8, 2011 I have been trying to keep record of my calorie intake and the type food I eat. On November 7, my weight was 264 pounds. Today I weighed in at 246, but I seem to be going up and down a few pounds so today I want to begin a new journal with The Fatsecrets help.
