Has anyone every tried a mini-fast? It's pretty simple and has to do with timing. For a few hours before and after you exercise daily for 20-45 minutes in the morning, don't eat until lunch. Your body should be in a fasting state. Any exercise during that state will burn fat instead of carbs, will shut off your appetite, and your body will continue to use fat as a source of energy until you eat.
