The coconut milk and coconut cream seem to be helping on the allergic reactions to dairy.
Made batches of fermented food yesterday. Wasn't hungry but I wanted to mess with food and cooking for no one seemed pointless. So I started batched of pickles onions, jalapenos, garlic, Korean spicy cucumber, kimchi, red cabbage and onions, cauliflower, carrots and daikon radish pickled, and dilly beans.
