Wow 2.4lb lost yesterday way to go Dee!!! 36 pounds to goal weight Let’s go!! Achieve and Proceed!!!
256.6 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
