What a difference a pound makes!

I've got my yellow bar back! I never, ever want to see that orange bar again - how depressing!

The Focus and Commitment Challenge is over but I think I found a great Challenge to replace it. Will fill you all in on the details later.

Back to work now!

Yahoo on the yellow bar. I am in orange and am so happy to get out of red. Can't wait to join you in yellow, but by that time you might be in green :-)

What are these markers you're talking about ? Are they something to do with the weight graph ?

Sngglebnny - Congrats on getting out of "the red zone". I lose weight really slowly so I'm sure sometime soon we'll be in Yellow together!

TOFU - If you look on your Weight History (click on complete history under weight graph) you will see your color. You start out in red, then progress through orange and yellow, etc.

Stef - Thanks bunches! And let me explain something - even though the Challenge ends August 31st - Summer ends September 22nd so we have 15 weeks. So what can we do in 15 weeks? The possibilities are endless!
